Microscopy facility
Overview
The microscopy facility is equipped with 2 microscopes and 1 workstation dedicated to image.
- The Nikon A1R+ is a fully-automated confocal imaging system, capable of capturing high-quality confocal images of cells and molecular events at high speed and enhanced sensitivity.
- The Leica system incorporates a light source allowing millisecond switching of excitation wavelengths, a high sensitive camera, ideal tools for analysis of FRET sensors or ratiometric dyes in mammalian cells and software designed for automated microscope acquisition and for dual-wavelength intracellular ion measurements.
The platform is located in “Groupement Hospitalier Est”, 59 Boulevard Pinel, 69500 BRON, “Building 13”.
