As part of the scientific outreach activities of the Thematic Institute for Food, Gastronomy, Nutrition, Health, and Society, we welcomed a delegation from the Wallonia-Brussels University Federation on Monday, March 30, specifically from their WIFST (Wallonia Institute of Food Science and Technology).
On this occasion, a scientific seminar was presented by Prof. Yvan Larondelle, president of the Belgian Nutrition Society and of WIFST, entitled
“Bioactive Fatty Acids: Impact on Tumor Development.”
