The Histology plateform of CarMEN Laboratory was createdi  in 2015.  It is located at Lyon South Hospital Center in Pierre-Benite.

 

Our Goals are:

  • To share technical resources, expertise and skills for experimental histology
  • The realization of project in histology, from cutting of samples to analysis of the observations.
  • The training to techniques and devices used by platform

The platform is opened to whole members of CarMeN’s laboratory as well as to outside staffs for collaborative project realization or services performances.

Main figures :

  • 35 m2 of surface area for the activity
  • more than 100 projects carried out since its creation
  • 75 trained users
