From November 4 to 15, Prof. Tatiana Colombo Pimentel was invited to the CarMeN laboratory as a researcher in a franco-brazilian cooperation about translational evaluation of probiotics and prebiotics (CAPES-COFECUB project). The project is coordinated by Prof. Dr. Marciane Magnani, from the Federal University of Paraíba and João Pessoa (Brazil), in partnership with Prof. Hubert Vidal.
On November 14, Mrs Colombo presented a seminar entitled “Vegan probiotic food: trends and challenges”, videoconferencing with her laboratory in Brazil.
